Hi, I’m Divvya Kauur Gill — a Certified Life & ParentingCoach, a Positive Discipline Educator, and most importantly… a fellow mother who’s walked through the same storms you might be in right now.
In my professional life, I have worn many hats — worked across continents, managed teams, handled deadlines, travelled the world.
But nothing… absolutely nothing… prepared me for the rollercoasterI stepped into in 2019 called Motherhood.
The first two years? They were hard. Not “a little challenging” hard — I mean emotionally, mentally, soul‑stretching hard.
Like many mothers, I thought I was ready. I had taken classes on feeding, sleeping, bathing, swaddling.
But no one prepared me for…
The silent toll motherhood would take on my mental health. The reality that my baby’s emotional development needed as much attention as their physical milestones.
The overwhelming meltdowns and tantrums that seemed endless. The opinions, comparisons, and unasked‑for advice from everyone around me.
Everyone told me: “It’s just a phase, it will pass.”
But it wasn’t just a phase. It was phase after phase after phase.
And then, in the middle of the chaos of 2020 — with the world locked down and my mind spiralling — I had my turning point.
I realised:
If I want things to change, I have to change first.
So I dove in head‑first.
I studied. I researched. I read over 50 parenting books, I attended workshops.
I experimented with real tools in my own home — not the generic “perfect parenting” theories, but strategies that could work for us, for Indian mothers navigating joint family expectations, cultural traditions, and modern parenting realities.
After thousands of hours of learning and applying — and finally seeing my relationship with my child transform — I knew I had to help other mothers do the same.
That’s when I got certified as a Positive Discipline Educator and ParentingCoach.Today,I believe there is no such thing as “perfect parenting.” Perfection is an illusion.
But there is something real and achievable — joyful, guilt‑free parenting that builds unshakable bonds with our children.
Through PositiveParenting Hub, I help mothers: Communicate with their children in a way that builds trust, not fear. Set boundaries without yelling, shaming, or losing themselves.
Raise children who are confident, respectful, and resilient. Rediscover themselves as women — not just mothers.
Because here’s my truth:
💙 You cannot pour calm into your child if you’re running on empty.
💙 You cannot raise an empowered child without empowering yourself first.
💙 Change will never come from wishful thinking — only from action.
This is why I’ve built this safe, non‑judgemental community for Indian mothers — where cultural realities are understood, where your voice matters, and where we grow together.
Motherhood is not about doing it all.
It’s about doing it with love, intention, and the courage to grow alongside your child.
And remember — you hold a superpower that no one else in your child’s life will ever have:
✨ UnconditionalLove and Pure Intention.
Let’s use that to raise the kind of generation we dream about — strong, compassionate, and unafraid to stand tall.
